About

Jordan Daniele is a Montreal-based visual artist whose work embodies a chaotic yet dynamic approach to gestural mark-making, where introspection collides with expressive brushstrokes and bold, saturated color. Rooted in themes of self-identity, relationships, and reminiscence, his figurative storytelling unfolds spontaneously on the canvas, allowing each image to gradually surface until a final composition emerges with emotional depth and atmospheric resonance. Influenced by the raw immediacy of Abstract Expressionism and shaped by his studies in art history and studio arts, Daniele earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University in 2024. His evolving practice—enriched by classical oil techniques studied at the Art Academy of Florence—bridges traditional methods with contemporary expression. Exhibited widely across Montreal in solo and group shows, his work offers a dual experience: it can be embraced for its striking visual intensity or explored more deeply through poetic and song-inspired titles that reveal layered narratives beneath the surface.
